Focuses on building strategic partnerships with Home Care Agencies to drive referrals to reach as many Veterans as possible nationwide. - B2C Sales Team (Business to Client)
Reviews VA Pension with Aid and Attendance eligibility criteria and assists qualified families for smoother application process. - Client Care (Client Retention)
Specialists assist with VA communication, documentation and coordinating in-home care services while building rapport to drive retention. - Accounting
Maintains and services accounting records for all business-related expenses.

Why VCC?
Veterans Care Coordination (VCC) assists wartime Veterans and surviving spouses with obtaining the VA benefit; Pension with Aid and Attendance, which focuses on lower income families who are needing assistance with activities of daily living.
VCC teams coordinate and contract with quality home care agencies that provide home care services to our clients allowing them to continue living independently, as long as possible.
Because really – when it comes down to it – that’s our goal.

Our Process
Typically, a successful process can move from Step 1 - Step 6 within 2-3 days. Our applicants receive timely and transparent communication throughout the entire process.

As a veteran myself, I am all too familiar with the lack of resources and assistance provided to those of us who have served when we depart the military, however, being a part of an organization that tries to correct this and offer assistance to an almost-forgotten demographic of our population gives me unimaginable satisfaction.
