VCC 5Star Program LogoEvery Program and Campaign starts with the same motivation: Support the Mission – helping our nation’s aging heroes and their families gain access to quality home care…one Veteran at a time.

Our Partner Providers deliver exceptional care to Veterans who deserve the option of aging in place. Incentivizing, celebrating, and supporting our Partners is of the utmost importance. This philosophy is the foundation of our efforts to continuously provide our partners with services and resources unmatched in quality and value, and we are thrilled to announce our new 5-Star Program has launched.

How it Works

The 5-Star Program is designed to provide our Partners with milestones and incentives, categorized within star ratings which define a path to a 5-Star status.

Partners are given a 1-5 star rating, based on each level’s criteria. Promotional  and support benefits coincide with rating, including a star-rated seal for print, website, and social media.

Qualifications and Benefits for each level of the VCC 5-Star Program

Teaming up with quality providers is the single most critical component of our Mission to help our nation’s aging heroes get the quality home care they need when they need it.

We continuously pursue new ideas to serve our Partners in a more valuable and mutually beneficial way. We understand many of the challenges in the home care industry, and we’re working every day to develop new solutions that help our Partners thrive.

To our Partner Providers:

We appreciate your acknowledgment, and we are committed to serving your referrals with excellence. We are also eager to demonstrate the value of our partnership, encourage your active participation, and offer resources to help cultivate it. Your success is our success. Thank you for helping to serve our nation’s heroes.
