Cristie Herring is the newly appointed Director of Strategic Programs for Veterans Care Coordination and freedom. With a history of family members who served in the military, she believes that we must ensure that our veterans receive support in accessing care.  Herring also has a passion for serving those with Alzheimer’s disease. Since losing a close family member to the disease, she has been featured as a speaker, as well as authored and presented training for families and caregivers. VCC Founder & Owner Kyle Laramie stated, “Cristie brings a whirlwind of experience in the home care industry. While operating as the CEO of a home care company, she’s grown the organization to a mid-size company and understands all the challenges owners face. She will be able to provide a wealth of resources and ideas to our home care partners.” Herring has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, having held executive roles in home care and assisted living with early career experience in hospitals and psychiatric settings. During her home care tenure, she has been recognized for her leadership in managing growth, acquisitions, and key initiatives. Herring has a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Jamie Gianopulos has been with VCC for over 5 years leading brand messaging, original content design and creation, and partnership communications. She brings over seven years of marketing experience and more than ten years in interior design and home staging, pairing creative strategy with process-driven thinking. Her commitment to serving Veterans is deeply personal. Jamie is the daughter of a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and the mother of a Marine Corps officer currently deployed overseas. That multi-generational connection to military service fuels her dedication to ensuring Veterans and their families receive the respect, care, and support they have earned.
