Lake St. Louis, Missouri June 26, 2022 – Veterans Care Coordination has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. Kyle Laramie, Founder & CEO, stated, “We are honored to be named a top workplace by the St. Louis Post Dispatch. It is something we strive for year after year. VCC focuses on finding the right people to help drive our mission forward; they are the centerpiece to making a difference in our customers’ lives. It has always been my goal to provide an employee experience that you just can’t find in other organizations, and this award represents our great people.” This is the eighth consecutive year for Veterans Care Coordination in the small business category.

“Companies need to authentically represent their brand to job-seekers,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list. Leaders who embrace a people-first culture will benefit greatly. By giving employees a voice and showcasing your authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance.”
