Veterans Care Coordination Announces Restructuring of Executive Team
Lake St. Louis, MO October 1, 2021 – Veterans Care Coordination today announced a restructuring of their executive team as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the VCC brand and continue to develop talent within the team. As a result, Jeff Schweikert has been appointed President of Veterans Care Coordination and freedom. Serving as President of freedom. since May 2020, Schweikert will concentrate on innovation and driving results that are provider and client-centered. Schweikert stated, “I look forward to working with the amazing team of professionals that make up both Veterans Care Coordination and freedom. while continuing to build enduring relationships across the home care industry.”
In addition, Melissa Brown has been promoted to Director of Revenue Operations, in which she will manage the production team. In her role, she will continue to build a sales process that will move the company forward. Brown has been with VCC since March of 2017. Cheryl Hammons has moved into the position of Director of People + Talent. Hammons has 13 years of experience in the home care industry, two with VCC. Focusing on developing a state-of-the-art internal training program and a quality assurance team, Hammons will also oversee human resources and marketing. Angela Rhyne will assume the role of Director of Retail and Operations. In her new role, she will focus on the retail side of the business and facility management. Rhyne has been with VCC since March of 2018.
VCC founder and CEO, Kyle Laramie, will concentrate on broadening the VCC and freedom. brands. “I’m very proud of what we have built at VCC and freedom. We have impacted so many seniors across America in a short period, and I’m looking forward to seeing this talented team continue to make a difference,” said VCC founder and CEO Kyle Laramie. “We have organically grown this organization cautiously fast, and we will continue that movement. In addition, we intend to look at acquisition as a tool to double in size over the next five years.”
